- 150ml oyster sauce
- Dash of lemon juice
- Dash of fish sauce
- Dash of worstershire sauce
- 6 baby capscicum - various colours
- 2 mixed chillies
- 2 finger chillies
- 150g ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- Dash of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 20g thai basil
- 100g coriander
- 400g egg noodles
- Covering of Pepper
Cut beef into strips
Grate ginger
Coriander / Thai Basil can be substituted to taste
