- 500g pork mince
 - 2 sticks of lemon grass
 - 150ml oyster sauce
 - Dash of lemon juice
 - Dash of fish sauce
 - 6 baby capscicum - various colours
 - 2 mixed chillies
 - 1 teaspoon garlic
 - Dash of soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
 - 20g thai basil
 - 100g coriander
 - 2 cups of rice
 - Covering of Pepper
